PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

Operating under the brand name Beyond The Script

Owned by Danilo De Jong

Hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".

By signing this Agreement or completing the purchase, the Participant agrees to the following terms.

1. Program Overview

Beyond The Script is a digital education and coaching program focused on appointment setting, communication, and sales development.

The program includes both lifetime and time-limited components:

Lifetime access to the core video training, tools, systems, frameworks, future updates, and the private community
Access to live group calls and call recordings for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase

All content is delivered digitally.

2. What the Participant Receives

By joining the program, the Participant receives access to:

The full Beyond The Script video training
All tools, systems, and frameworks included in the program
Future updates to the core program materials
Two live group calls per week for 3 months from the date of purchase
Access to recordings of live calls for 3 months from the date of purchase
Lifetime access to the private Beyond The Script community
Potential opportunities through the Company's network (not guaranteed)

Access is personal, non-transferable, and intended for individual use only.

3. Payment

The Participant agrees to the purchase price selected at checkout.

Program Price: EUR ___

Payment is processed via Stripe or another secure payment provider.

If the Participant selected a payment plan, the Participant remains responsible for completing all remaining scheduled payments in full, regardless of usage, participation, or continued engagement with the program.

Failure to complete any required payment may result in suspension of access to the program until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4. Digital Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

This program consists of digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

By completing the purchase or signing this Agreement, the Participant:

Requests immediate access to the digital content
Acknowledges that delivery begins immediately upon access being granted
Understands that access to the program constitutes full delivery of the digital product

As a result, the Participant expressly waives the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to all materials, all sales are final.

No refunds or cancellations are provided.

If technical issues occur, the Participant must contact: support@beyondthescript.io. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve access-related issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All program content, including but not limited to videos, frameworks, scripts, systems, templates, and training materials, remains the exclusive property of the Company.

The Participant is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials for their own learning.

The Participant may not:

Share or distribute program materials
Reproduce, sell, or republish content
Share login credentials
Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

7. Community & Confidentiality

The Participant acknowledges that the program environment, including community discussions and live calls, may contain confidential information.

The Participant agrees to:

Not share or disclose program content or discussions
Not record live calls without permission
Respect the privacy of other participants

8. Conduct

The Participant agrees to behave respectfully and professionally.

The following is not permitted:

Harassment or disrespect toward others
Spam or unsolicited promotion
Disruption of calls or discussions
Any unlawful activity

The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict access in case of violation.

9. No Guarantees

The program provides education, strategies, and frameworks.

No guarantees are made regarding:

Income
Clients
Results
Business outcomes

Results depend on individual effort, experience, and implementation.

10. Opportunities Disclaimer

The Participant may be exposed to opportunities through the Company's network. These are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for any agreements, outcomes, or relationships between the Participant and third parties.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

The Participant agrees to contact the Company first in case of any issues.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

Access to the program may be suspended or revoked
This Agreement may be used as evidence of purchase and delivery
The Participant may be held responsible for any associated administrative costs

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of:

Violation of this Agreement
Misuse of the platform or materials
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Termination does not entitle the Participant to a refund and does not cancel outstanding payment obligations.

13. Program Flexibility

The Company may update, modify, or improve the structure, content, or delivery of the program at any time. This may include changes to call schedules, formats, or materials, without affecting the overall value of the program.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income or business opportunities
Decisions made based on program content

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.

15. Independent Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates any form of employment, partnership, or agency relationship. The Participant acts independently at all times.

16. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Spain.

18. Confirmation

By signing this Agreement, the Participant confirms:

I understand that I receive immediate access to digital content
I understand that this is a digital product
I understand that all sales are final and non-refundable
I understand that I waive my right of withdrawal
